Document Description
Special purpose plan amendment/Kamilos Homes at College Park Special Purpose Plan - SP III, Neighborhood D (east), sub areas D2, D3, & D4. The Special purpose plan amendment would replace the types of primary dwelling units permitted (i.e., single family detached units, duplexes, & triplexes) within the area of the Special Purpose Plan, with solely single family detached units and optional duplexes or attached units. It would also blend the R-M zoning density & the R-MH zoning density within the area of the special purpose plan, resulting in an overall zoning density of 10.5 units per acre, to accommodate the underlying, proposed small-lot single family detached development. The proposed amendment would also make other minor revisions to the text of the special purpose plan to conform to the proposed lot configuration and layout.
