Document Description
The applicant proposes to construct an approx. 26,616 sq. ft. neighborhood supermarket building and associated improvements, which includes a loading dock, trash enclosure, asphalted parking and drive areas, planter areas, and concrete sidewalks and driveways on a 2.6-acre lot. The existing soft-bottom channel will be undergrounded into two 3-foot by 6-foot wide concrete box culverts that will cross the property from east to west and outlet into an existing concrete line ditch on the west side of the property.
