Document Description
GI Investments is proposing to develop the Blythe Green Complex in the City of Blythe, to include multiple cultivation units, with each unit under individual ownership. The applicant will develop the entire project, and lease or sell individual units for the various operations. The applicant will also manage the project for security operations and conformance with city and state regulations. The project will include a manufacturing building, distribution building, a dispensary, a cafe or employees, an executive office suite, a maintenance building, an electrical building, security buildings, a loading dock, and an SCE substation.
