The project consists of a Development Plan for a 9.58 acre site that is located on the east side of Warm Springs Parkway, north of Clinton Keith Road. The Project proposes approximately 72,000 square feet of commercial retail development. The building 's square footage is divided into five (5) building structures. The other portion of the project, Costco Nineyard 11 Retail Development Project, has been previously approved and the EIR was certified by the Planning Commission, and the analysis/mitigation for the current Development Plan permit was previously assessed in the FEIR.
