The proposed new SWFP will allow for the following: composting facility that will receive green waste, food waste, and wood waste; permitted hours for receipt of incoming material will be Monday through Sunday, 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., permitted hours for material processing will be Monday through Sunday, 5:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., permitted hours for ancillary operation will be Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and permitted hours for maintenance/internal operations will be Monday through Sunday, 24 hours; permitted maximum tonnage will be 500 tons per day; permitted traffic volume will be 336 vehicles per day; permitted acreage will be 20 acres; and design capacity will be 38,168 cubic yards.
