Document Description
The proposed North District Phase 2 project would add approximately 1,568 new beds in apartment-style units for undergraduate and graduate students at the Riverside campus’s North District. The Project is an intersegmental partnership with the Riverside Community College District to support students aiming to transfer from a community college to the University of California, Riverside (UCR) campus. The proposed project would complement the UCR existing housing portfolio and provide ground-floor amenity spaces for retail, meeting rooms, and other student-serving uses.
