Document Description
The proposed Long Range Development Plan amendment allows for the land use
and development program of the proposed North District Development Plan, which provides for the phased development of up to 5,200 student beds on an approximately 51-acre site located in the northeastern portion of the campus. The first phase of development, the North District Phase 1 project, consists of approximately 1,500 apartment-style beds for upper division undergraduate, transfer, and graduate students, and construction of approximately 600 surface parking spaces on campus.
