This project includes a proposed 10-year lease extension, with two additional optional five-year extensions. Additional project elements include an approx one-acre parking lot, trenching and installation of utilities, installation of security fencing and lighting, replacement of an existing utility cover, potential installation of a pedestal crane and shore power on the wharf, and continual maintenance and repair of the site. The project site has been identified on the Cortese list (gov code section 65962.5). This identification has been disclosed and evaluated in the draft IS/MND.
