The 127 guestroom hotel would include a pool and spa, outdoor amenity area, fitness room, meeting space, surface parking, and one level of subterranean parking (127 total parking spaces). The project would be accessed off Valley Centre Dr. Existing sidewalks would remain; curb ramps would be constructed to provide an accessible path from the project to Valley Centre Dr. The project would include on-site infrastructure improvements, as well as connections to existing off-site public utilities located within Valley Centre Dr.
