Document Description
Update of the Pebble Beach CSD Fire Defense Plan to add several conservation easements into the district's existing fire defense plan boundary and designate three additional roads and trails as fire roads or fire road / fuel breaks. The district's existing plan has been modified to include standards for the conservation easements and newly-designated fuel breaks and fire roads that would not otherwise be maintained pursuant to the defensible space requirements of Public Resources Code Section 4291. The environmental effects of the update are analyzed in a single CEQA document that also includes analysis of two other fire defense plans (Cypress Fire Protection District and Carmel.
