Document Description
The project entails establishment and restoration of wetland and upland habitat within a property owned by the Water Authority adjacent to the San Luis Rey River that currently supports row-crop production. The project would require excavating soil from a portion of the site to expand the area suitable for wetland and riparian habitats and the site's active floodplain father north.
