Document Description
The proposed project site is located at 785 Edison Ave in the City of Long Beach, COunty of Los Angeles, CA. The project would reconfigure and consolidate the Toyota Logistics Services (TLS) facility to improve the efficiency of vehicle processing on-site. The project would require the demolition and/or removal of approximately 223,200 square feet of existing structures, including the administrative/office building, Toyota and Lexus processing facilities, car wash facility, and the existing gasoline/hydrogen fueling island.
