The primary goal in acquiring the Subject Parcels is to provide long-term socio-economic security for the Tribe through land consolidation to enhance self-determination. The Tribe plans to continue the current use of the Subject Parcels for the foreseeable future.

- The subject property consists of two parcels of land, encompassing ~2.32 acres more or less, commonly referred to as "2201, 2211, 2221 Norris Avenue" and APNs 112-072-008, 009. The parcel is contiguous to the Tribe's original Rancheria boundaries.
