The Energy Commission, as responsible agency, reviewed and considered the Initial Study, MND and Mitigation Monitoring Program as approved by the lead agency City of Belmont for the project to subdivide an existing 1.34-acre property into four new lots and construct four separate new homes on four newly-subdivided lots. The CA Energy Commission is approving a grant for Zero Net Energy upgrades to residential homes within the previously approved development.
