CDFW has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2017-0190-R6 (Revision 1), pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Riverside Mitland 03 LLC. The Spencer's Crossing Project includes the filling of six drainages and drainage complexes within the project area. The Spencer's Crossing Project is a master plan residential community, which includes construction of single-family residences, a public school, parks and recreational areas, water quality detention basins, and roads.
