Project is an Amendment to the Water Quality Control Plan for the Sacramento and San Joaquin River Basins that establishes numeric water quality objectives for electrical conductivity and a surveillance and monitoring plan that will ensure that numeric water quality objectives will be achieved. The goal of the project is to maintain salinity levels in the water body that are protective of beneficial uses of the Lower San Joaquin River.
