Document Description
CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2017-0905-R1, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Mendocino County Dept. of Transportation, represented by Mr. Alex Straessle.
Project is limited to one encroachment. It seeks to stabilize and repair a damaged culvert by injecting concrete into an eroded section of the base and further stabilize the bottom of the culvert by paving the bottom with concrete. Water is expected to be present, and will require both a diversion and measures to isolate and monitor curing concrete. Access may require some clearing of vegetation, and attempts will be made to cause only temporary impacts to trees.
