Document Description
This project will install a chain link fence along the lower sediment basin, and three double barrier gates across the access points to the Processing Pad. Fence and gate design will discourage park visitors from enetering the Processing Pad (an on-going construction site) and keep wind-blown deposition material out of surrounding habitat in Border Field State Park.
