Document Description
Install a gate and fencing at the Scott Street state residence in Monterey State Historic Park to provide security and privacy for residents. Between the house and its associated detached garage, work will excavate two (2) 1' x 2' post holes, install two pressure treated 4"x4" posts, backfill with concrete to set, and attach an approx. 7' long x 6' high pre-fabricated wood fence panel and an approx. 3' wide x 6' high gate. Gate and fencing to match existing on-site fencing.
