Document Description
The project proposes to remove three (3) air handler units (AHU) and replace with one AHU on the 3rd floor roof of the UC San Diego Medical Center Hillcrest Hospital. The project also proposes to remove and replace Exhaust Fans (EF) E-64 and E-65. Scope of work would include removing existing ductwork, roof repairs, plumbing and electrical work. Structural and Fire Alarm drawings would also be required for OSHPD submittal. Project would be completed in phases in order to keep hospital functioning during remodel. All units and components are in poor condition and have exceeded their useful life.
