Document Description
The Oxnard DMV Fielf Office project will consist of access barrier removal and modifications to the 11,421 suare foot facility as well as tenant improvements consisting of miscellaneous maintenance and repair of facilities. The project includes modifications to restrooms, drinking fountains, employee room, countertops, doors/fames, signage, flooring and rubber base, curb ramps, sidewalks, repair and refinsih interior/exterior/ceilings, modification to mechanical, electrical, plumbing systems and interior walls. New 8-foot permieter fencing will be installed where fencing does not exist. The two driveways will be changed to enter or exit driveway only avoid drivers from colliding with an existing hydrant located int he sidewalk. Interior parking lot ornamental trees will be removed; some perimeter ornamental trees located on the DMV property will be removed.
