The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2016-163-R1, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Mr. Loren Root.
The project is limited to the 1) diversion of water from willow creek at three locations including screen installation 2) the installation of a low water stream crossing at the location of an old wet ford, and 3) the stabilization of section of streambank along Willow creek just upstream from an existing bridge
