Document Description
Caltrans proposes a Highway Maintenance project to repair sidewalks within Merced County on State Route 59 from post mile 14.2 to 15.1 and on SR-152 from post mile 20.2 to 20.8. The scope of work includes concrete curb, gutter, and sidewalk removal and reconstruction. All construction will occur within existing Caltrans right of way. The purpose of this project is to repair damaged or failing pedestrian facilities. The need for this project is to improve pedestrian accessibility, mobility, and safety along these highways.
