Document Description
Remove and replace the existing skylight panels in the roof frame of the historical Upper Powerhouse within Folsom Powerhouse State Historic Park to secure the building and to protect the roof framework and building interior from environmental conditions. Work will:
Remove existing panels and clean existing metal framework;
Install new wire/glass skylight panels;
Install metal clips on existing metal framework to support protective polycarbonate panels;
Install aluminum framework and polycarbonate panels above the new glass panels.
