Document Description
On May 7, 2018, the Board of Directors for the San Gorgonio Pass Water Agency approved the Water Exchange between Casitas Mutual Water District, the City of Ventura, and the Agency. the 2018 State Water Project Table A Water exchange agreement between the Agency, Ventura and Casitas, and any necessary agreement approving the exchange executed by the Agency, the DWR and the County of Ventura, allows for exchange of Ventura's and Casitas' full 2018 allotment of Table A Water to the Agency, with the Agency returning 40% of Ventura Table A Water and 40% of Casitas Table A Water that is delivered to the Agency no later than the end of calendar year 2028.
