Document Description
CDFW has executed Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2017-0361-R2, pursuant to section 1602 of the fish and game code to Babbage LLC.
The project is limited to demolition of the existing pier, including removal of the existing pier deck and 18 pilings followed by driving of 20 new steel pilings and construction of a new 225 ft pier with 2 additional pilings being driven beside the new pier to install a boat lift. One of the two existing mooring buoys associated with the current pier will also be removed. Once the new pilings have been placed, the disturbed lakebed will be restored to pre-existing conditions.
