Document Description
CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2018,0065-R1, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Charles and Mary Hoisington.
Project is limited to the impoundment of water and maintenance of a spillway of an earthen dam. The earthen dam forms an onstream pond. To maintain the spillway, approx. six inches of material (equivalent to 13 cubic yards) will be removed from the highest part of the spillway by a mini-excavator and distributed along the uphill portion of the dam. The total area to be disturbed is approx. 0.03 acres.
