Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2017-0785-R1, pursuant to section 1602 of Fish and Game Code to Pat Andersen. The project is limited to maintaining and rehabilitating the stream channel where it bisects an orchard, after being altered prior to submission of the Notification. Work includes maintenance of riparian and aquatic vegetation in a manner that prevents the obstruction of flow but minimizes sediment delivery and disruption to aquatic habitat. All broken concrete or other debris in the channel shall be removed.
