Document Description
This IS/MND addresses renovation and new construction for the Davidson Middle School and Laurel Dell Elementary Schools. A new Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) Center and Multi-Purpose Building would be created on the Davidson campus. New classrooms and offices would also be added. Portables would be removed. At Laurel Dell, 14,034 sq. ft. of replacement and reconstruction would occur. Students at Laurel Dell would be temporarily relocated to the Davidson Annex.
