Document Description
The project proposes a Minor Land Division in order to subdivide an approximately 13.5-acre property into four parcels consisting of 2.75 acres, 2.56 acres, 2.99 acres, and 5.29 acres. The proposed parcels 1,2,and 3 are undeveloped, while parcel 4 is currently developed with a +/- 900 square foot single family dwelling. Access to the new parcels will ve provided by an existing private road, Rosemont Lane.
