Document Description
The project proposal is to construct two new warehouse buildings (building A - 109,459 sf and building B - 104,880 sf) with 184 parking spaces, on-site landscaping and parking lot lighting, with access via driveways along Cessna Dr and Aviator Dr. Max building height would be 39ft as measured from finished grade. The project would be constructed on two vacant parcels totaling 12.87 acres of land located north of Aviator Dr, between Cessna Dr and East Monte Vista Ave. The two vacant parcels have been heavily disturbed by routine disking, mowing and herbicide application for vegetation control since 1993. The site contains some erosion rills, which is common on the site. Aside from curbside landscaping trees bordering the site, vegetation on the site consists of sporadic young landscaping tree volunteers and ruderal weeds.
