Document Description
The Central Valley Regional Water Board is issuing a 401 Water Quality Certification for the subject project. The project consists of replacing 27 manual control gates in Reclamation 108's irrigation ditch system with remote monitoring capability control gates. Each location will require installation of a downstream stilling well, and 12 sites will require installation of a new concrete headwall. The sites requiring a headwall may need the use of a temporary earthen cofferdam to dewater the work area to install the concrete. In addition, 1.6 miles of installing two underground irrigation water pipelines totaling approx. 1.6 miles.
