In general, the Project Activities will involve the replacement of five culvert facilities, the installation of RSP at two Locations, dewatering at each Location, and restoration seeding/planting within disturbed areas. Amendment No. 1 describes a previously uncontemplated work window, allowing Caltrans to perform Project Activities beginning on May 1.
