The project would consist of development of the site with an ES campus comprised of five one-story classroom buildings, an administration/library building, multi-use building, outdoor recreation facilities, and parking, with a capacity for 628 students. The school facilities would include five classroom buildings providing a total of 24 classrooms, with space allocated for two possible future classrooms. The classroom buildings would have a combined building area of 23,460 sf and the other buildings would provide an additional 18,920 sf, for a combined building area of 42,380 sf.
