Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2019-0215-R2, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, California Department of Transportation. The project is limited to the removal of a 36-inch by 58-foot corrugated metal pipe and associated headwall located approximately 300 feet west of the intersection of Liberty Road and SR-88 and replacement with a 36-inch by 105- foot long reinforced concrete pipe. The project also includes the installation of 36-inch concrete flared end sections on each end of the culvert. Work includes excavating and trenching to remove the old culvert and prepare for installation of the new culvert, installation of the new culvert, and backfilling of the new culvert. Work will be completed while the channel is dry.
