- Document Description
- Caltrans is proposing to upgrade the intersection control at the junction of Liberty Rd and SR 88 in San Joaquin County (PM 22.1). The existing condition is a conventional intersection, two-way stop controlled for Liberty Rd traffic, which would be replaced with a one-lane rural roundabout. The project would include road realignment to correct the angle of the intersection and culvert work. Work at the intersection would require ground disturbance, including clearing, grading, trenching, and paving. The project would involve work off the paved roadway, drainage work, utility relocation, and additional ROW acquisition.
