The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2018-0390-R3, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Ngoc Nguyen, Santa Clara Valley Water District. The Uvas Creek Levee Rehabilitation Project (Project) will involve reconstruction of approximately 4,200 linear feet of the inboard side of the Uvas Creek levee. Vegetation mowing and pruning may be required along with repair of the existing access road on top of the levee.
