Document Description
The State Water Resources Control Board (State Water Board) is a Responsible Agency for the Project. The State Water Board’s Clean Water State Revolving Fund (SRF) Program is financing the Project. The TCSD will replace old sewer lines and install sections of new sewer lines within the Willow and Carter Sewer Basins. In conjunction, manholes will be replaced, rehabilitated and some new manholes will be installed. Some new cleanouts will be installed and others will be replaced.
