Document Description
The project is a two-parcel residential land division. The proposed land division would divide an existing vacant 5.29-acre parcel into two resulting parcels of 2.52 acres and 2.77 acres for residential uses. This proposal would subdivide a parcel created by a previous subdivision of land owned by the applicant and which resulted in more than four parcels. Therefore, in accordance with the subdivision map act, a tract map is required for this project rather than a parcel map.
