NOD for approving and Adopting a Development Agreement (Ordinance No. 20-3164) between City of Sunnyvale and STC Venture LLC and related entities ("CityLine") to construct 793 housing units, 181,931 sq. ft. retail/ commercial space, and 652,801 sq. ft. of office space, including underground parking and a publicly-accessible plaza, with buildings ranging in height from 90 feet (5-6 stories) to 142 feet (12 stories). This project was evaluated in the Sunnyvale Downtown Specific Plan EIR. STC File No. 2020-7182.
