- The project involves amendments to the Downtown Specific Plan (DSP) to change the land use mix and the intensity of development within the DSP Area to allow additional residential and office uses and decreasing the allowable hotel uses, as well as updates to the design guidelines and supplemental standards. The EIR also analyzed six specific proposed development projects in the DSP area to allow for the development of a total of 843 residential units, 253,054 square feet of commercial uses, and 867,633 square feet of office.
