Document Description
Caltrans proposes to enhance the safety of the urban zone in Crescent City on US 101 in Del Norte County between PMs 25.6 and 27.3. The project proposes the following measures to improve safety within the urban zone: infill sidewalk gaps, widen sidewalks, stripe shoulder, replace driveways and curb ramps to meet current ADA standards, modify crosswalk and pedestrian median island, and add a midblock pedestrian crossing. The purpose of this project is to construct traffic calming, operational, and safety improvements to enhance the circulation of non-motorized users.
