Document Description
The request is for a parcel map to subdivide a forty acre property into 4 parcels and a remainder, ranging in size from 5 acres to 14 acres in size. The proposed remainder parcel is developed with a residence and a detached garage. The project is located in the Igo Rural Community Center on the north side of Platina Rd, approx one-tenth of a mile west of the intersection of Platina Rd and Placer Rd. The project site was previously approved for an 8 lot subdivision which is still active, but will be withdrawn if this parcel map is approved.
