Document Description
CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2018-0643-R1, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game code to the project Applicant, Frank Demling, representing CA Department of Transportation. The project is limited to one encroachment. The project will replace an existing 18-inch diameter culvert with a 24- inch diameter culvert with a flared inlet. The new culvert will approx. double the length of the existing culvert in order to accommodate a wider road. RSP will armor the channel upstream of the inlet, and an apron of RSP will armor and dissipate energy at the outlet. The culvert is designed to accommodate the 100-year flow, will be aligned with the existing channel, and be placed at grade.
