Note: Review Per Lead Caltrans proposes to realign a series of compound curves to a single constant radius curve, increase the clear recovery zone adjacent to the roadway, improve sight distance, construct a new roadway with four-foot shoulders, and construct a center line and shoulder rumble strip. Work would also entail drainage improvements, including replacing or extending existing culverts and adding one new culvert.
