- Document Description
- The project would rehabilitate the Whitewater River Bridges (No. 56-004L and 5-004L and 56-004R) located on I-10 between Tipton Road and Kellogg Road, 10 miles west of the City of Palm Springs, at PM 27.69. The project would strengthen existing bridge footings by adding piles, pile caps, and permanent grouted Rock Slope Protection around the existing Whitewater Bridge footings. All work will be performed within the State ROW and within project limits. The project requires Temporary Construction Easements to accommodate construction access. No permanent rights of way would be required. All construction would be performed off the I-10 freeway and under the bridge.
