Document Description
The proposed project component addressed in the Second Addendum to the MND consists of the temporary installation and use of construction trailers at a site adjacent to the RWRF, including minor site grading, installation of the trailers, utility and communications lines connections, and chain link fencing. Following construction of the RWRF expansion, the trailers, utility and communications connections, and fencing would be removed. The MND being addended addressed EVMWD’s proposal to expand its RWRF from an existing capacity of 8 million gallons per day (MGD) to 12 MGD. An NOD for the proposed project was filed with the State Clearinghouse on July 31, 2018. The first Addendum to the MND addressed additional construction staging and laydown areas; an NOD for that first Addendum was filed with the State Clearinghouse on April 5, 2022.
