Document Description
The project would permanently seal the intake and discharge tunnels that supported units 3 and 4. All activities will occur within the power plant site. Work will include construction of a bulkhead framework, construction of a concrete bulkhead, and pouring of concrete into the bulkhead to permanently plug the tunnels.
