Notes: Extended Per Lead The Modified Project would involve an amendment to the Beverly Hilton Specific Plan, which was approved in 2008 and subject to an EIR. The Final EIR for the 2008 Specific Plan was certified in 2008. The Specific Plan included demolition, renovation, and new construction on the project site, including an 8-story and an 18-story condominium buildings (Residences A and B, with 110 units. The Modified Project to be analyzed in the SEIR would include modifications to the 2008 Beverly Hilton Specific Plan and related entitlements to consolidate the two condominium buildings into one 23-story residential building with 140 condominium units; change the configuration of the pool, open space, and restaurant(s); and modify the distribution of conference center space.
