The State Water Resources Control Board (State Water Board) is a Responsible Agency for the Project. The State Water Board’s Clean Water State Revolving Fund (SRF) Program is financing the Project referred to internally as Paso Robles Recycled Water Distribution System. The Project involves the construction of a recycled water distribution system that would divert disinfected tertiary municipal wastewater from the City’s wastewater treatment plant to various non-potable uses within the City of Paso Robles and surroundings areas. This system would consist of approximately 24,500 linear feet of pipelines ranging from six to 24 inches in diameter. The system would also include a recycled water pump station, a recycled water storage tank, and the discharge of surplus recycled water to the Salinas River and Huer Huero Creek.
